Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vantage Search website at vantagesearch.co and the services provided by Vantage Search LLC ("Vantage Search," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Vantage Search provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services for local businesses, including but not limited to:

  • AI visibility audits and benchmark reports
  • Schema markup implementation and optimization
  • Press release creation and distribution
  • AI citation monitoring across major platforms
  • GEO content creation and optimization
  • Monthly performance reporting via client portal

Specific deliverables for each plan are outlined on our pricing page and in your individual service agreement.

Subscription and Payment

Commitment Period

All plans require a 6-month minimum commitment. GEO is a compounding strategy that requires time to build momentum. After the initial 6-month period, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled with 30 days written notice.

Pricing and Fees

Each plan includes a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee. Current pricing is listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes do not affect active commitment periods.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed monthly through Stripe. The setup fee is due at the start of service. Monthly fees are billed on the same date each month. Late payments may result in service suspension after 14 days.

Refund Policy

The one-time setup fee is non-refundable as it covers completed audit and strategy work. Monthly service fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel during your commitment period, remaining months are due per the service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to required platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile) as requested
  • Provide accurate business information for audits, schema markup, and press releases
  • Review and approve content within 5 business days of delivery
  • Maintain an active and accessible website throughout the service period

Intellectual Property

Content created by Vantage Search specifically for your business (press releases, GEO content, schema markup) becomes your property upon full payment. Our proprietary tools, methodologies, audit frameworks, and software remain the intellectual property of Vantage Search.

Results Disclaimer

We guarantee the delivery of agreed-upon work (audits, content, schema updates, press releases, monitoring reports). However, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, citation counts, or AI platform responses, as these are controlled by third-party AI systems. Past performance and case studies are not guarantees of future results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage Search shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Confidentiality

We treat all client business data, analytics, and competitive information as confidential. We will not share your information with competitors or unauthorized third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for case studies or marketing with your written permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to make payment after reasonable notice.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from our website beyond what is publicly available
  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms
  • Use our free audit tool excessively or for competitive intelligence purposes

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
